Holly is a local Westport Mom and Yoga Teacher (retired Digital Advertising Sales Director @ Google, Yahoo, Reuters, etc), who has a passion for all types of body movement. In addition to Yoga, she avidly participates in tennis, weight training, barre, spinning, hiking, dancing, etc. She began practicing yoga 23 years ago and felt compell

In addition to Yoga, she avidly participates in tennis, weight training, barre, spinning, hiking, dancing, etc. She began practicing yoga 23 years ago and felt compelled to one day share this practice with others. She is professional, energetic, confident and a life-long student herself – attending workshops, trainings, and retreats all over the world. She specializes in Vinyasa/Power/Flow/Alignment based classes that are challenging, creative, and designed to empower, strengthen and nurture her students. In addition to teaching public classes and workshops, she leads Yoga Teacher Trainings and offers private yoga sessions in her home.
